REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

• We deliver all orders open so you can check your items while the courier is still there.

• If the items are not suitable, you may return the entire order on the spot, neatly folded and in the same condition received.

✘ No return or exchange is accepted after the courier leaves.

✔ If there is a defect or a wrong item, you can request a free exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order.
